Cornflower Cotton Table Runner

Colour down the centre of the table, the full length of it. A table runner doesn't cover everything - it anchors the middle, frames what sits on top of it, and lets the table breathe on either side.

The result is a tablescape that looks considered without being fussy. Candles, a vase, a bowl of fruit - whatever you place on it is held together by the colour beneath. It works with or without a full tablecloth underneath.
